Application Process

Once you submit your application and fulfill all requirements listed below, you will receive an automated message confirming your submission.

Our team of mental health clinicians reviews applications monthly, and we appreciate your patience as we have limited resources available to review applications. You will be contacted about next steps as soon as a decision has been made.

Note that all submissions are HIPAA compliant.

Who Should Apply

We support families in need of financial assistance in order to provide mental health treatment for their struggling teen. These families are not eligible for Medicare or Medicaid and do not have sufficient commercial insurance coverage or available assets to afford the cost of care.

Your family is welcome to apply if you feel that you meet these criteria. Please note that an application is not a guarantee of support. Due to limited financial resources, we will prioritize distribution of funds based on the order in which qualified applications are received.

How Payment Works

Once your teenager has been approved for financial assistance, your licensed provider will need to create a profile with Emotional Relief Fund.  They will upload invoices via our secure system and payment will be issued directly to the provider up to the established limits.
